Gina Kelly, MBA ‘09

Gina was recently appointed director of talent and people experience by Ruder Finn, Inc., an independent global communications agency in New York City. At Ruder Finn, she will oversee employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and training services. Gina, who previously worked at the Walt Disney Company, brings her years of experience in leadership development, employee training and engagement, recruitment, organizational design and strategy, and employee relations. Gina has extensive human resources and management experience, having also worked for Princess Cruises, Archstone-Smith, Marriott International and Nestle.
